Andy has participated in a wide range of sports at a variety of levels and understands the range of emotions that can occur both in the high pressure competition arena and also during daily performance improvement scenarios. He aims to work effectively with athletes, coaches and exercise participants through his holistic, multi-disciplinary approaches.
